A MADE TO MEASURE Pattern! Super easy to customize, or to look just like on-screen.
For personal use - please do not sell or reproduce this pattern. Tag me in your completed project - I would love to see it! :) This pattern will be fully customizable to your own measurements! Simply follow the measuring instructions in each section.
How to read this pattern:
This pattern uses no specific stitch or row count, due to it being fully custom to your own measurements. The lettered instructions do NOT indicate rows, but instead STEPS to follow. Make sure to follow all the measuring instructions for a perfect fit. You will see I entered my own measurements for reference: I am typically a size XS, but made it oversize enough to fit a L.
If you have any questions, I will be sure to answer you ASAP on @HighLevelBandanas on Instagram.
Materials:
Yarn: White and Black worsted weight yarn. (Or smaller, if you want more squares). I used Craftsmart Value in Off-White and Black. Each skein is 354 yards, and I used 3 skeins of black, 2 skeins of white.
Hook: I used a 5mm, but I recommend SIZING DOWN. (If you opted for smaller yarn, use the corresponding size!)
Yarn needle
Measuring tape
Abbreviations:
Ch: Chain SlSt: Slip Stitch
Sc: Single Crochet.
ScInc: Single Crochet Increase (2 Sc in one stitch)
Sc2tog: Single Crochet 2 together
*__*: Repeat contents the indicated amount of times
Note:
This pattern uses colour changes. I chose to crochet over all my yarn, leaving me with hardly any ends to sew. If you don’t like having a bit of your second colour peeking through, feel free to tie off your yarn every time you change colours, but beware of the eternity you will spend weaving in ends. You can also leave the yarn out without cutting it, but again, you’ll have big loose strands! It’s up to personal preference.
